Let's Grow Together

Community Facilitator, ERYT800 & YACEP

Annabelle Terry (she/her) is a creative and passionate student of Yoga. Her work is geared toward cultivating community and connection, building spaces for collaboration and questioning. Her formal study of Yoga began in 2018 through Boise Om School. She continued on to study with Dr. Liz Lindh of Lakshmi Rising, as well as Susanna Barkataki and Ignite Institute. In addition to her YTTS, she studied Psychology and Exercise Science at Nova Southeastern University. Her teachings stem from ancient Yogic wisdom and modern understandings of neuroscience, physiology, psychology and evolution; coupling remedies for suffering with insight into why, and how, humans actually suffer. She is passionate about addressing and alleviating harm in Yoga spaces, and is constantly learning how to teach and learn in more empowering, uplifting, inclusive and respectful ways. In her efforts to live Yoga, she's come to understand everything as a teacher. The people, animals, earth, sky, fear, love, grief, sweat, calm and chaos continue to shape her and the spaces she creates. Her intention in sharing Yoga through classes, retreats, YTTs, social media, art and conversation is simple: to create unity through unity.

The Loop

Bimonthly

Join us every other Tuesday for intentional conversational space where we collectively reflect on the current tides of our personal lives and the world at large. Although Yogic philosophy plays a strong role in perspectives offered, this is an open discussion space rather than an instructive offering.

Climbing the Inverse Banyan Tree

A 6-week online course in Yogic anatomy, physiology, and philosophy. The course is intended to deepen students' understanding of themselves in physical and ethereal spheres, and provide Yogic context for understanding how humans function, and how we can flourish.
